Unlike the shows of Milan or Paris, which change venues as often as a diva changes outfits, Portugal Fashion in Porto takes it’s time sprawling slowly across three venues in three days. Day 2 was housed solely amidst the neo-classical pulchritude of the Palácio da Bolsa, where the ornate ceilings of the backstage area drew your eye away from even the most dramatic of hairstyles and beauty looks. Still, impressive those looks were – from exaggerated cateye liner to gilded foil brows or hair drawn back in a series of twists. The third day pared things back in both setting and many of the looks, leaning towards straight, sleek hair and often natural, glowing faces.
