Melbourne-born Australian actress Caitlin Stasey just exposed herself to the world. Not just physically – though she did that too, in a series of un-retouched nude photos – but emotionally, spiritually, in a candid interview that covers everything from her religious beliefs to her sexuality. Launching her own feminist website called herself.com, Stasey – the site’s debut subject – says religion is “one of the greatest tragedies to befall mankind”, admits to being a lesbian in an open relationship with a male partner, calls for more gay characters in children’s entertainment, labels marriage as an “archaic institution”, and condemns the way women’s products are marketed.
