“It’s YOUR dream. Don’t let the fact that others can’t see it prevent you from making it happen.” Words I live by, and so should you! I’ve always had big dreams…to be a dancer, then a singer, then a blogger, dreams that may seem to some to be intangible, not even worth trying for. Throughout my career, I’ve faced a lot of discouragement… my group was dropped from our first record deal with Jive Records, and while I could have given up there, I worked hard and got signed solo to Warner Bros Records. While on WBR, they told me I had no style and wanted me to be more like Nicki Minaj or Lady Gaga, so I started a fashion blog. Bottom line is, don’t let others opinions of you or lack of vision discourage you from what you know you are capable of achieving! In whatever field it may be that you are striving for, know your worth, work hard, show and prove.

My first dream was to be a dancer. While I’m not a full time dancer now, I manage ways to still incorporate my first love into everything else I do, whether it be music videos or fitness tutorials!
