To answer your question, I’m going to be completely honest and tell you what you need to hear as nobody benefits from lies. Modelling is ultimately a career that is out of your control. Your success in the hands of agencies, magazines, designers, and the public. Not to mention that it is a completely unpredictable, unstable and unreliable career. Furthermore, modelling is a complex career; more than simply looking good in a photograph. Nevertheless, if I were you I would be submitting photographs/details to some quality agencies as there is no harm in trying to pursue your passion, however ALWAYS have a backup plan. Please study, enrol in a trade, or have a decent job so you have something to fall back on if things do not work out/for when your career ends. Becoming a model is the equivalent of winning the lottery, so don’t put your absolute all into it to the point where you pass on/ignore other great unrelated opportunities. Overall, give it a go but make sure that you have a stable backup plan. I wish you all the best! xx
