In case you didnt see my day 10- raw transition. Here it is together with picture number one of my journey:

April is here! And I thought it would be nice if I start posting pictures of my changes and new lifestyle, to share a bit of my day with you guys! Today My lesson is not to cut all food out, because most likely, when we begin a new diet regime, we do not have the necessary replacements for each type of flavour, and once our body craves it, our diet crashes due to lack of a second option that will satisfy our craving. It is okay to cut certain foods, but having an idea of something that will work as a replacement is extremely important. Finally, it is important to cut just one thing at a time, or else, you will crave everything at the same time and it will be that much harder to succeed. Remember, cut little by little and cut when an option or replacement of the flavour you could crave is available… A healthier choice obviously! Dont give up and know that you wont change your whole life in a single day. The mistakes of years are mended slowly and solidly. Keep going!

PS: from now on most of my progress notes will be below an image of something I did in my day in order to reach my goals. Thanks to all of you, who read this posts and motivate me to continue writing and fighting towards my dreamed life. Bisou!
