J.Crew has long been a company that invites other like-minded brands into their fold to create collaborative products, & for Spring/Summer 2012, J.Crew has called on PRO-Keds to create a custom ‘Royal Master’ sneaker. Featuring the kind of minimal, classic aesthetic both brands are known for, the shoe features an understated style and is mocked up in mostly tonal white/off-white upper. The classic PRO-Keds “powerstripes” are emblazoned across the anterior outer midsole and a gum undersole finish off the retro tone. Availability is now offered through the J.Crew online store. Retail is set at $90 USD.
