Love that ultra-shiny lacquered lip but hate the gloopy sticky feel?

My favorite trick is to use a glossy gel stain over your liner or base lipstick in place of a traditional gloss. Gel stains have good payoff, better lasting power, don’t bleed everywhere, and set into a high-shine non-sticky finish.
