The tour kicked off in the Salon where we tasted the Opus One’s only white wine offering. The wine was crisp and the perfect kick start to the tour! After a tour of the production facility, where we learn all about the wine-making process, we stopped by the barrel room (perfect opportunity for pictures!) and we ended the tour at the Grand Chai, a beautifully designed tasting room, with a taste of the current vintage of Opus One. After tasting their current vintage, you realize why the wine costs $200 a bottle - it’s delicious!
