Hi my loves!! Hope you all had an amazing weekend! I’m still on a high from last night’s SAG awards and wanted to share a recap of my amazing night! It was my first time on the red carpet post baby so I was a bit nervous, but also really excited to get back out there with my L’Oréal fam! This years ceremony was very powerful and moving. For the first time ever, the ceremony included  all female-presenters who took the stage to further support the Time’s Up movements and remind us to keep using our voices during this political time. I felt so lucky to be in a room with these incredibly strong and powerful women, empowering others, and standing strong in what they believe.

I had the honor of working with the amazingly talented, Rokael Lizama who has done glam for Beyonce, Jlo, and Ciara to name a few. He seriously slays the game!! Since I wore a black gown to the awards, I knew I wanted a pop of color on my eyes or lip. Rokael decided to go for a bold purple smokey eye, dramatic lashes, and a pretty nude lip to tie the look together. And can we talk about the glow?! He used L’Oréal’s Lumi Amour Glow Boosting Drops to my skin a illuminating, dewy glow from within! To finish off the look, he used L’Oréal’s Color Riche Shine Lipstick in one of my favorite shades, Dazzling Doe. This look was definitely one to remember! 

My beautiful dress was by Jovani! Since I just had the baby 5 weeks ago, I wanted a dress that had more coverage, but would still make a statement on the carpet. This dress was perfect because it was long sleeved and covered at the front, but had a gorgeous open back that gave it that sexy element I was looking for! And the beaded details overtop the sheer paneling along the bodice made it stand out that much more!!
