Scala's Bistro celebrates seasonal ingredients created in an uncomplicated and inspired style.
Our menu features earthy and satisfying offerings that allow diners to bask in the culinary delights of Northern Italy and Southern France. Outstanding ingredients, including fresh local produce and hand-selected French and Italian artisan items, combine to create a wonderfully rustic and innovative menu.
Complementing our menu is the wine program, featuring a focused list of primarily California and Italian selections. Dedicating 70% of the selections to California winemakers and the other 30% to wines with Italian-Mediterranean origins (along with a few French varietals), Scala's offers 10-15 choices by the glass and 150 selections by the bottle.
Since 1995, Scala's Bistro has garnered a reputation for classic, elegant dining. Warm, earth tones, original murals, beaded bistro lamps, and rich, mahogany booths evoke a dramatic Old World café. New flooring, a refinished bar top and improved service stations are among the subtle cosmetic changes to this timeless setting.
