Happy Tuesday and Happy Halloween my loves!! I hope everyone had a fun and safe Halloween weekend! This year being 8 months preggo and all..finding a costume has been the last thing on my mind. But that’s not to say that I’m in any way over Halloween, I’m still in the spirit and have been living curiously through everyone else costumes lol! It’s hard to believe tomorrow is already the start of November meaning new and fresh makeup looks are in order! So today I’m sharing a fresh take on a few classic staple beauty trends that I’m loving for fall and the fastest way you can transition your makeup from day to night! And thank you to those of you who took the time to vote on which makeup look they liked best on my IG stories yesterday! To achieve both of these looks, keep scrolling!!

For this look, I wanted to go with a soft pink neutral look for the daytime. I started by applying L’Oréal’s Color Riche Monos Eyeshadow in shade 302 ‘Mix and Matte’ all over my eyelid. Next, I applied shade 304 “Matte It Up” towards my outer lid and finished off with shade 306 “Acro-matte” in my crease. These eyeshadows have a really soft velvet finish, so the key to achieving this look is blending together the colors! To define my eyes, I used L’Oréal’s Paris Infallible Eye Paint Liner and finished off with L’Oréal’s Voluminous Lash Paradise Mascara. Now onto the lips :) I wanted to try out something different, so I decided to go for an ombre lip! (daring right?). I mixed 3 different lip colors..a lil something I learned from Mario Dedivanovic’s (@makeupbymario) masterclass last month which I will be sharing with you guys very soon!! Now back to the lips..I started by using shade 808 “Matte-Cademia” which is a pretty peachy nude perfect for a base. For the outer part of my lips, I used shade 802 “Matte-Sterpiece” and then applied shade 800 “Matte-Caron” in the centre of my lips. I’m obsessed with L’Oréal Paris Colour Riche Matte Lip Colors because they give me that perfect rich pigment without drying out my lips! The formula also adds luminosity to the lips without being glossy which is perfect to give your lips some dimension.

My fall version of a berry lip ;) For this lip color, I mixed two shades of the Color Riche Lipsticks to create a deeper berry tone that is more appropriate for the season. First I applied shade 405 “Doesn’t Matter” which is a deep wine color that is perfect for fall! Then I topped it off with shade 705 “Berry Matte Pink”. Adding a bold lip like this is such a quick and easy way to transition your look from day to night and if you’re always on-the-go like me, this is vital!! Since this is such a bold lip, I kept the same neutral eyeshadows.
Which makeup look is your favorite?!
