Universally flattering blush shades - T

Just in case you didn’t know, women of the Victorian era resorted to pinching their cheeks to achieve the same flushed effect we achieve by wearing what is now known as blusher.

I always get asked what blushers I wear everyday to achieve a youthful glowing face. I have four in particular which are soft, muted and appropriate for both night and day looks. They bring colour to the face and can really turn a dull looking complexion super radiant.

If you’ve read my NARS collection post- HERE, you’ll know I have crazy colours but the four mentioned here are very toned down and subtle!

NARS Almeria Limited Edition Blush £22.50

MAC Pinch Me Blush £18.50

MAC Peaches Blush £18.50

Milani Romantic Rose Blush £5.99

I cannot believe Milani products are still not easily available in the UK yet, I have been OBSESSED with the Rose blush in Romantic rose, its leaves my cheek looking super flushed and matte! It gives a real babydoll effect. I am so surprised as to its pigmentation! Its bold, and amazing value for money. A definite must have for all.

Another two blushers I think suit both fair to dark skin are, MAC’s ‘Pinch me’ a sheertone deep pink shade and ‘Peaches’ a tropical warm toned shade. MAC blushes aren’t to be questioned when it comes to how pigmented they are. These pans will last all year around and look beautiful on all skin tones whether you’re finishing off with a dark berry lip or a frosted glossy nude.

If you’re wondrering what blush I mostly have on in my selfies, behold NARS limited edition blush in Almeria, I’ve talked about this before on the blog. I know I’ll be hitting pan waaay after the expiry date for this and I do not regret it! A little goes a long way and it has such a gorgeous soft finish on the face.

I know a lot of you guys were curious so I hope this helped  x
