Liquid pen eyeliner recommendations?

Hey guys does anyone have a recommendation for a good pen eyeliner? Whats the best drugstore pen eyeliner? Ive tried both of elfs (i used to use their small waterproof one religiously) and nyc. Nyc was my fav but i cant find it anymore and the good elf one has barely any product. Im looking for strong pigment, not easily smudged, and wont run with watery eyes and sweat. I not only use it daily but i use it in crazy makeup looks/sfx. I can get a good deal on high end with my pro licence but im looking for something i wont feel bad about using it a shit ton for crazy stuff too lol
