Prohibited Content and Listing Rules
Please be sure that listing items in DEJAVU INTL Stores ("the Mall") should have proper quantities in stock. It is restricted in general to post "parallel imports goods" and import goods by agents in "the Mall". As a seller in DEJAVU INTL Stores, you have your responsibilities in ensuring that your listing items comply with all applicable local, national and international laws and regulations. You are also responsible to comply with DEJAVU INTL Policies.DEJAVU INTL is entitled to remove or alter your listings without any refund of your participation fees when and if we determine that your items are prohibited or inappropriate. Please read through general guidelines on prohibited items as describedbelow.

Illegal Items
Items posted on theWeb site must adhere to all applicable laws.
Permits/ Licenses
It is required to obtain a license, permit, or registration from the responsible agency in selling specific items in some countries. Every seller must follow the local law and the international law. Therefore, only person with such license, permit or registration are allowed to handle. (i.e. "Antique Dealings Permit" for antiques and used Items, a certificate of proved engineer for "Bluetooth"in accordance with " Wireless Telegraphy ACT) The sale of some items is restricted to approved Store owner only. Unauthorized or unlicensed Merchandise (Items)
All items (including books CD, Video) listed inStores must be commercially produced and authorized or licensed as a retail Item. However, the exception will be applicable only when DEJAVU INTL Stores accepts to post Items which rented or used.)
Stolen Goods
If DEJAVU INTL learns that items listed on "the Mall" are notproperties of the seller(s), or was obtained through illegal means, we will immediately remove the items from "the Mall".
Recopied Media
Copies, dubs, duplicates and reproductions of books, CDs Videos, TV programs, radio programs, concerts, DVDs software are prohibited on DEJAVU INTL Stores.Recopied media infringe copyrights and trademarks.Unauthorized copies, dubs, and duplicates of any copyrighted material are illegal to sell. Media transferred from one format to another including laserdisc to video, television to video, CD-ROM to cassette tape, from the Internet to any digital format, etc. are prohibited unless clearly indicating an approval by the owner.
Games
Games sold through DEJAVU INTL web site must be full retail versions. Recopied and transferred games are prohibited. Mod chips, silver disks, game emulators, Sega bootdisks, game enhancers, unauthorized game compilations, and unauthorized accessories are also prohibited
PC Software
PC Software posted on DEJAVU INTL web site must be full retail versions.Recopied or duplicated software in any format are prohibited. Academic, OEM, back-up, fulfillment, promotional, beta (prerelease), unauthorized freeware/shareware, and "softlifted" versions of software (software downloaded through free access to unauthorized website) are prohibited.The original owner of PC software Items are required to register their Item with the manufacture using an activation code, license key, or password upon installation. The original disc must be transferred to the buyer and unregistered or transferable license keys should be available for the buyer when the software is to be sold by the original owner.If the license cannot be transferred and/or the customer will not be eligible for technical support or upgrades, it is prohibited for sale.The seller should be responsible to refund full amount when the buyer cannot change the original license and or software are not usable.
Movies
Unauthorized copies of movies (VHS, DVD, etc.) and movies transferred from one format to another are prohibited. Movies converted from NTSC to Pal and Pal to NTSC, laserdisc to video, television to video, CD-ROM to cassette tape, from the Internet to any digital format, etc. are all prohibited.
Television programs
Unauthorized copies of television programs (including pay-per-view events) are prohibited.Programs commercially produced and licensed copies of television programs are acceptable.
Music
Unauthorized copies of music in any format are prohibited.Unauthorized live concerts, unauthorized soundboard recordings, unauthorized merchandise etc. are prohibited.
Illegal copies of licensed goods
Unauthorized copies, or pirated editions, or imitation, counterfeit items of licensed goods are prohibited.
Promotional Media
Media produced exclusively for promotional use in any form including movies, CDs, PC software, books (including books not for sale and/or galley proof, drafts for proofreading) are prohibited.
Advertisements
Listings intended wholly or mainly as portals to commercial or private Website for the purposes of advertising are prohibited.Listings that are intended to offer contact information for non-Déjà Vu-Intl.com are also prohibited. Links to outside Website intended to sell items using particularly, non-Déjà Vu-Intl. com ordering tools or information, are prohibited.
Adults Oriented Media Items
DejaVu- Intl.com do not accepts to list even legal adult oriented Items. Déjà vu Intl.com is responsible to remove adult oriented Items when we determine them as inappropriate by referring to the following:
(a) Item images that contain sexual intercourse by force or sexual abuse,
(b) Item images whose main theme is sexual intercourse with animals.
Dejavu-Intl.com accepts to post on our web site adult oriented Items when we consider their contents valuable from academic, scientific, artistic, political viewpoints.
