A seller must ship an order within 2 business days after an order is placed.
Estimated shipping dates are calculated based on such factors as the destination address, the shipping options (standard or express delivery) a buyer has chosen.
Domestic (standard shipping)
Estimated days of arrival for an order are 4 ~ 7 business days after the day of purchase.
Estimated days of arrival from outside Japan are 12 ~ 17 business days after the date of purchase.

The custom clearance in some destination countries may not allow delivery of books, DVD, VHS videos from cultural or religious viewpoints.The order will be cancelled upon notification thereof by email when the Item cannot be delivered to the destination country.A seller must cancel this order via "Oder Page" .
Customs Clearance
Orders that are shipped to countries outside of Japan may be subjected to customs duties and fees imposed by the destination countries. The import tax is determined based on the Item value and the actual shipping fee described in the invoice. (The invoice is the document that is required for the custom clearance) The invoice details a price and a shipping fee of every Item for delivery to the buyers. (The same will apply to the orders as gifts).If the shipping fee is not described in the invoice, a local custom will impose a shipping fee upon consulting with a local delivery service company.
These fees can vary widely from country to country. Please contact your local customs office of the destination country for further information. The import tax and custom duties and fees must be borne by the recipient in accordance with laws and regulation of the destination country.Please note that a copy of your ID may be asked to submit to a local delivery company if you are asked to go through the custom clearance by yourself in some destination country.

Pack the item carefully and clearly state the content
- Choose new clean packing material and do not leave dust and dirt.
- Pack to prevent in-transit damage and avoid desiccant to be used in the package.
- Indicate the "return mailing address" and "the seller`s name" on the outside of package where easy to see.
- Proceed to ship the package to the buyer only after the shipping cost is calculated.
- Affix the correct amount stamps and, neither less nor over the postage cost. Avoidmany stamps to be pasted.

- E mail notice must be sent to the buyer as soon as possible when the shipment is delayed or expected to delay.
- When it is completed to ship the order, set the order status to be "shipped out" at "Order Page".Then, Email notification will be automatically transmitted to the buyer, informing that the order has been shipped out.
